Grade evaluated by auction

The Grade (2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 etc) evaluated by auction companies are mainly for evaluation of exterior and thus does not necessarily reflect its function or performance of engine, transmission, brake system, cooling system etc. of the vehicle. i.e. those grading can not be relied so much when it comes to the real value of vehicle.

Vehicle unloading from container

FOB, CFR(C&F), CIF or Destination DOOR

We normally supply our minitrucks on FOB Japan port base. However if/when required, we may arrange shipment on the base of CFR or CIF or final destination DOOR, while our responsibility is limited up to FOB. For CFR or CIF or DOOR, 3~5% against freight will be charged as our administration cost.

Container or Ro-Ro ship

We normally export our minitrucks by loading 6~7 vehicles in a 40’ HC (High Cube) container depending on the sizes of each vehicles, while 20’ container may be used for 3 minitrucks load. For 1~5 minitrucks, Ro-Ro ship will be economical in general, while our FOB pricing will become increase slightly due to extra costs for exportation by RoRo ship.

Odometer and its km shown

Because we didn’t have strict regulation about odometer replacement or re-wiring of odometer in the past (about 10 yeas ago), we sometimes see vehicles which owner have replaced the odometer or even rewired the indicator. Thus we should not rely on the odometer 100% but should check the actual performance of each vehicle, we believe. This is one of the reasons why we started very strict quality control and management system in K’S AUTO SERVICE.
